Yes. We only coordinate with insured, vetted carriers. You can request a certificate of insurance before pickup. We also provide a signed bill of lading at pickup and delivery.

Yes. Bespoke Logistics can coordinate transport for vehicles that do not start or drive under their own power. If the vehicle can roll and steer, it is loaded using a hydraulic liftgate or low-angle ramp system and carefully guided into position. If the vehicle cannot roll or steer, it will be transported on a flatbed carrier equipped with a winch. These carriers are designed to handle non-rolling vehicles safely from pickup to delivery. Yes. We coordinate multi-unit enclosed carriers for collections, rallies, and event moves.
Yes. We regularly coordinate dealer to client, auction to residence, and showroom to private collection routes. Provide the release contact and timing.
Your quote will include clear terms. Some routes require a scheduling deposit to secure your carrier and time window. The balance and payment method are stated in your confirmation.
If you need to cancel or change dates, contact us as soon as possible. Fees depend on timing relative to pickup and whether a carrier is already dispatched.
Pricing reflects distance, route demand, season, equipment type, vehicle size and weight, timing flexibility, and carrier availability. Enclosed service costs more due to limited capacity and protection.

You receive a signed bill of lading at pickup and at delivery. COI is available on request. If you asked for photo or video proof, we will include it with your delivery confirmation.

Clean the vehicle for an accurate inspection, remove toll tags, disable aftermarket alarms or trackers, secure any loose parts, set tire pressures, and leave a small amount of fuel. Provide any special start or immobilizer steps.
Transport does not affect manufacturer warranties. Carrier insurance covers the vehicle during transport according to the bill of lading and carrier policy. Your personal auto policy terms remain unchanged.
Before signing at delivery, note any concern on the bill of lading and take photos. Notify us right away. We’ll provide your move documentation and clear next steps to initiate a claim under the transport policy, and we’ll stay with you through resolution.
We coordinate the United States ground leg to and from the port, including enclosed handoffs to Miami area export partners. We are not a freight forwarder. Tell us your vessel schedule or forwarder details and we will align the ground move.
