1. Who We Are

At Exotics Wanted, we buy exotic, luxury, and hi-line cars directly from private sellers. Our focus is on providing a secure, straightforward process for those looking to sell high-end vehicles with confidence.

2. Service Coverage

• Vehicle pickup is available nationwide within the contiguous 48 states.
• Pickup in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, or overseas may be arranged upon request for select vehicles. Please Contact Us.

3. Vehicle Information & Documentation

• Accurate vehicle information (VIN, mileage, condition, service history)
• Recent photos of the Interior and Exterior of your vehicle.
• Any description of modifications that may contribute to a higher valuation.

4. Vehicle Information & Documentation

• Valid government-issued identification
• Title and supporting documents (or, if there is a lien, payoff information from the lienholder)
• Current registration
• Keys, remotes, and included factory accessories
• Photo verification of the VIN (to confirm accuracy before pickup)
• Executed power of attorney for the vehicle, where required for title application and transfer

4. Offers & Valuations

• Offers reflect current market conditions and the information provided.
• Submitting a vehicle does not guarantee a purchase until documentation is verified and all required papers are signed.
• If major undisclosed issues are found, the offer may be revised or rescinded.

5. Payment & Release of Funds

• Payment is issued through secure, direct methods (typically wire transfer).
• Funds are released once title and documentation are received and verified.

6. Vehicle Pickup

• Pickup is door-to-door within the contiguous United States.
• An inspection is completed at pickup. Certain makes and models may require a full inspection by a certified dealer or repair shop.
• If the vehicle’s actual condition differs from the description provided, the offer may be adjusted before payment is finalized.

7. Privacy & Security

Information provided is used only to evaluate and complete a vehicle sale. Details are not sold or shared outside the transaction process. (See also: Privacy Policy.)

8. Limitation of Liability

• Exotics Wanted manages all vehicle transport in-house.
• Until all required documentation is signed and verified, there is no guarantee of purchase.
• Liability is limited solely to the agreed purchase amount once a sale is completed.
